FLIGHT NOTES / PRIVACY
Your idea. Your information.
A clear look at what happens when you contact FlyingCarAI.
Who to contact
FlyingCarAI is operated by Zifan Wang. Contact zifanwang96@gmail.com for privacy questions or deletion requests. Last updated: October 19, 2026.
Creative requests
The request form collects your name (optional), email, selected scene and format, and creative brief, along with a request identifier and submission time. We use these details to respond to your request, discuss feasibility, and prevent duplicate submissions. Do not include payment data, passwords, sensitive personal details, photo links, or information about other people.
Storage and deletion
Requests are stored in our hosting database, accessible to the site operator. Requests expire after 90 days and are excluded from application retrieval. Physical removal is performed during operator maintenance; this is not an automatic deletion schedule. You may request earlier deletion by email. Limited hosting logs and backups follow the hosting provider’s policies. Expired requests are excluded from any application retrieval.
Security and abuse prevention
The form records a short-lived daily-derived hash of the connecting IP address for rate limiting; the application does not store the raw IP address with your request. Rate-limit counters are removed during operator maintenance. The hosting provider may process network and security logs separately. No form contents or email addresses are sent to analytics.
Analytics choices
Optional analytics are off until you choose Allow analytics. If configured, Google Analytics and/or Plausible measure visits and successful request events, without the contents of your brief, your email, or URL query strings. You can reject analytics or change the choice using Analytics settings in the footer. Your choice is stored in this browser. Withdrawing consent stops new tracking; the analytics provider may retain earlier events under its policy.
Photos and generation
This public request form accepts text only. It does not upload a photo or send your brief to an AI generation provider. Any later media transfer, provider processing, scope, price, and delivery will be explained before it occurs. Concept artwork is not a customer result.
Hosting and external services
The site is prepared for Cloudflare hosting and uses Sites for its preview. These providers process data needed to serve and secure the website. Clicking an email link opens your email application; no email is automatically sent. The public request does not create a subscription or charge.
